Brandon Hines Set To Perform At The ESSENCE Young Women's Leadership Conference in Washington DC on Saturday
ESSENCE magazine is known for hosting empowering events and seminars geared towards motivating and inspiring women. The Young Women's Leadership conference will consist of a host of speakers covering topics such as Entrepreneurship, Relationships and Education. Brandon Hines will top the night off with an enlightening performance. Aside from offering his musical contribution, he will also participate in the Sex, Love & Intimacy panel discussion which is focused on creating healthy relationships and maintaining them while balancing careers or long distances. The conference will begin Saturday morning around 9:45 am and run until about 6:15pm with Brandon Hines taking the stage around 5:30pm. Other celebrities expected to be in attendance are Vanessa & Angela Simmons. The Sallie Mae foundation will also recognize the five young ladies who are recipients of the $5000 "Generation Next" scholarship.
The ESSENCE Young Women's Leadership Conference will take place on Saturday, November 8, 2008 in Ballrooms A&B located on the 3rd Floor of the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. The convention center is located at 801 Mount Vernon Pl, NW (at Mount Vernon Pl, NW and 9th St., NW)
