Gospel Recording Artist VaShawn Mitchell To Record Live CD In Atlanta

VaShawn Mitchell is gearing up for a summertime live CD/DVD recording for his fourth project Triumphant. Bringing a message of victorious hope in these troubled times, Mitchell says, "Triumphant is about victorious living whether it's in your finances, your personal life, your spiritual life or your overall being. It is imperative to understand that you are more than a conqueror."
 
This venture is the Chicago native's first live recording in his newly adopted home town of Atlanta, GA.
 
With so many firsts for Mitchell, Triumphant is sure to be an awesome experience. Singers making cameo appearances include: Lowell Pye of  Men of Standard, Lisa Page Brooks of the group Witness, and power house singer, Lecresia Campbell.
 
Triumphant will take place Saturday, August 8, 2009 6:00 p.m. at Higher Living Christian Church (formally New Birth South) where Mitchell is the Minister of Worship. The church is located at 2455 Mt. Mitchell has composed gospel hits such as "Only A Test," "Don't Last,"and "My Worship Is For Real." His prior CD projects include Believe in Your Dreams and Promises. His personal radio hits include "For My Good" and "No Way."
