The 1st Annual Heart and Soul Music Explosion Weekend

The Heart and Soul Family Picnic, being held on Saturday at Metropolitan Park, will feature games, food, face-painting, clowns, a live DJ spinning the best in old school music, photo opportunities with the Jacksonville Jaguars’ mascot “Jaxson De Ville,” and one of the largest Old School vs. New School Easter egg hunt in NE Florida.  The evening will play host to the Heart and Soul Music Explosion Concert and Official After-Party being held at the Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena with over 10,000 attendees.  “This music festival is the ultimate old school experience.  It’s Easter Weekend, why not celebrate the entire weekend with family, friends, food, and good music,” says Jason Mount, event organizer.
