The Art OF Music JAMAICA Jazz and Blues Festival, the premier music event in the Caribbean, celebrates its sweet 16th anniversary from the 22nd – 28th January 2012, with a host of international headline acts and concerts, all taking place along the north coast of the island in Montego Bay and Ocho Rios.

Elizabeth Fox, Regional Director for the Jamaica Tourist Board says: “The Art of Music JAMAICA Jazz and Blues Festival has now established itself as one of the biggest and best events on the music festival calendar, both in Jamaica and globally. This year’s festival will be especially significant as Jamaica celebrates its 50th Anniversary of Independence and as a result, a focus will be placed on the island’s world renowned music styles, plus more mainstream, internationally recognisable music. As well as enjoying music from some of the world’s best musical performers, the festival also offers visitors the opportunity to discover the diversity of Jamaica’s attractions, culture, food and of course world-class beaches.”
